Amy is an award winning comedian as heard on BBC Radio 4. Equipped with her mini electric piano and an opera degree that’s never been useful, she’s on the hunt for a new job. Recognised for being “playful and charasmatic” (Chortle), she’s well on her way to her dream job; to be a household name. Even if that means singing her CV to everyone under the sun.
Amy has written songs for for BBC Radio 4 and is a composer for Oxford University Press. She won the ‘Audience Choice Award’ at the Musical Comedy Awards (2020), was shortlisted for 'Best Newcomer' at Brighton Fringe (2023) and won ‘Best Stand Up Comedy’ at Manchester Fringe (2023).
In 2023, she debuted her “Joyful” (Telegraph) 45’ one-woman show Amy Webber: no previous experience. The show was awarded multiple five star reviews and was shortlisted for the Amused Moose Comedy Award. She took the show to Edinburgh Fringe where she had a sell out run and was added to The Telegraph’s “35 of the funniest shows at the Fringe” list.
Amy will be returning to Brighton, Manchester and Edinburgh fringe in 2024 with her debut 1-hour show.
